Cortney Haslem is AMAZING! We actually switched lots in the middle of our house planning and she happily accommodated us with our new setbacks and design. We are just finishing up the construction of our dream home. She listened carefully to my wishes and designed the exact home I had envisioned. Even better than I had dreamed up. We have had numerous people drive by and want to know why it looks so different from any others they’ve seen. We’ve even had a few offers to purchase it. I can’t say enough about her talent and vision for your architectural needs.

She took extra time to go over any questions or concerns that we had. We are thrilled with the plan she created–it is more than we hoped for.

Cortney Haslem has been drawing plans for me for over 15 years now. She draws a beautiful home that utilizes space well and is always beautiful in outside appearance. She understands traffic flow and work spaces in a home and listens well to my clients. She is exceptional at specific designs for view lots, taking advantages of the views and contours a lot has to offer and producing a very “buildable” design. She is pleasant to work with. When the job is done all of my buyers love her and love their custom designed home. What more could I ask for!?

Cortney Haslem Designs has been amazing to work with! She has done what we have asked her to do and more and added stuff into our plans we didn’t even know we wanted! Because, she has such a diverse portfolio she is able to design anything and everything and can pretty envision whatever you ask her to do! She was overly patient with us in making all the changes we asked her to do. Hands down would use CHD for all design needs again and again!

Love my house plans. She thinks of all the little extras that some designers leave out without all the extra costs.
